So let me tell you about Mary…. I am Open, Honest and Approachable. I have a passion for mortgage brokering that is unwaivable. I have been in the Mortgage business since 1987. I have held numerous positions with a few of the top 5 banks, which has only enhances my knowledge of the mortgage business. These experiences have given me an in-depth understanding of the lenders underwriting guidelines and how to package a deal that will be accepted by the lender. After leaving the bank in 1994, I worked as an Assistant to a Mortgage Broker and then became a Mortgage Agent in 1995. This needed experience helped greatly when I started my own Mortgage Brokerage Company in 1997. I have been the Owner/Broker of Mk Mortgages since then.

In 2010 I became a member of a National Company Verico. This year I have decided to join NORTHWOOD MORTGAGE LTD. to better help my clients with their Mortgage needs. With Northwood Mortgage Ltd., I have access to over 100 lenders including Canada’s major banks, offering the lowest rates! My job is to determine the best product that will fit my clients’ immediate financial needs and future goals. Joining Northwood Mortgage Ltd. will provide me with the additional resources that I need to help my clients achieve that goal.
